Jennifer Bevill prepares others for success in the global society of tomorrow. Passionate about educating the whole person; Jennifer practices transformational teaching in which students use technology to solve real-world problems and challenges. She studied Elementary Education (BA) and Educational Technology (MA) at Southeastern Louisiana University. Since 2001 she has taught from grade 6 to 12; subjects including informational technology, computer science, math, science, and digital arts. Jennifer, a Fulbright alumni, has been featured as a mentor educator by SXSWedu, named an innovative expert by Microsoft and received over $25,000 in grant money to fund innovative teaching strategies. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, running and reading. She serves as a board member for Braveheart Children in Need; an organization focused on improving the lives of children in the foster care system.
